X-Ray Defect Inspection System

This series of equipment mainly consists of seven major subsystems: a micro-focus X-ray source, imaging unit, computer image processing system, mechanical system, electrical control system, safety protection system, and alarm system. By integrating modern non-destructive testing (NDT) technology, computer software technology, image acquisition and processing technology, mechanical transmission technology, and AI algorithms, the system combines optical, mechanical, electrical, and computing technologies into a single platform. Utilizing differences in X-ray absorption by materials of varying densities and thicknesses, the system generates images of the internal structure of an object and performs internal defect inspection. It provides real-time, high-definition inspection images of products, enabling the identification of internal defects as well as the classification and grading of defect types. In addition, according to user-specific requirements, the AI algorithm can automatically evaluate detected defects, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and objectivity of inspection results.
