This series of equipment mainly consists of seven major subsystems: an X-ray source, image acquisition unit, computer image processing system, mechanical system, electrical control system, safety protection system, and alarm system. By integrating modern non-destructive testing technology, computer software technology, image acquisition and processing technology, mechanical transmission technology, and AI algorithms, the system combines optical, mechanical, electrical, and computing technologies into a single solution. It utilizes the differences in X-ray absorption characteristics of materials with varying densities and thicknesses to image and count electronic components inside material trays. The X-Ray Intelligent Counting Machine is designed to work with SMT production lines for automated end-of-line material inventory counting. It can simultaneously count four trays of materials and automatically scan codes, thereby reducing labor requirements and improving operational efficiency. The X-Ray Intelligent Counting Machine can also be integrated with MES systems as required, enabling more efficient, reliable, and data-driven management of material inventory counting and storage.

An Automated X-ray Inspection (AXI) system captures X-ray images of electronic products and analyzes their internal structure without damaging the product. Powered by Hikvision Guanlan Large-Scale AI Models, the system automatically compares inspection images with trained AI models to detect defects, missing components, and assembly issues, helping improve inspection accuracy and production efficiency.
